Gexa Energy used to consistently rank in the bottom quarter of rankings based on PUC complaints, but in recent years they have really taken a turn for the better. In fact, their current PUC Ranking in regards to complaints is very good, and most complaints are bill related. They offer airline miles to their customers, as well. They do not offer any month-to-month plans, but their regular and green fixed energy plans are both competitively priced. They have online account management and enrollment. All in all, Gexa is a fairly robust electricity provider.
