StarTex Power does some really nice things from a user perspective. Their prices are right around the middle or average of the marketplace, and they offer both fixed and variable electricity plans. Incidentally, that was also how their PUC complaint score fell, right in the middle. They do have an easy to navigate website, but there do not seem to be any kind of customer incentive programs or features for any of their customers, which is a pretty big negative checkmark when compared to other providers.
