And they have all of the extra services that a customer would come to expect from a big player, including 24/7 customer care, online customer sign-up, as well as online bill payment and account management. They offer Fixed Rate plans and Indexed Rate plans with prices comparable to competing plans in the marketplace, and they have 100% green energy plans and a customer loyalty program that offers 3% cash back on select plans. Also, they have a Total Customer Satisfaction program that lets dissatisfied customers switch plans penalty free if they're unhappy. Their most recent PUC complaint scorecard was middle of the road, so neither terrible or laudable. All in all, a big name electricity company in the state of Texas.
