The Texpo Energy website allows online ordering and service switching, which is nice. The bad news is that their rates are extremely high. They have variable, fixed, and green energy plans, but all of them are well above the market lows that are offered by other providers in each of those categories. They do have the function to pay your bill online, which is convenient for their customers. But they offer no incentive programs for customers, and their PUC complaint scorecard got a very low ranking, which is actually an improvement on past rankings. We would suggest proceeding with caution, but if they continued the upward trend on customer complaints it could be a real sign of improvement.
