Link Dump for Texas Electricity and Summer Heat Wave

There were lots of articles late last week and this weekend discussing ERCOT and the preparations for this weeks high temperatures, which expect to see multiple days of temperatures in excess of 100 degrees. I figured I would share those links here, and while conservation and monitoring is warranted, I don’t think there is much of a threat for any rolling blackouts. It took almost a month of 100+ temperatures before the rolling blackout threats hit last August, and this is just a few days this week before we get some ran and temperatures retreat into the 90’s. We should be alright. That being said, here are the various links discussing ERCOT’s releases about the first heat wave of the summer:
