The last entry in this weeks Texas electricity shopping guide focuses on the electric rates in West Texas (TNMP). The electricity prices in West Texas are about on par with the rates in Houston. As I’ve been mentioning repeatedly, now’s a great time to lock in a long term electricity plan while the rates are low because of winter temperatures. Especially since the summer heat is likely to be sweltering.
