Kinetic Energy electricity plans are medium to expensive when compared to the market, and on top of that they all come with a monthly surcharge. They do not currently have any special promotions or offers, but they do have online ordering and account management. They have recently added green plans to their roster of different electricity options, and on top of that, they have the best possible ranking in regards to PUC customer complaints, which is pretty impressive.
