Stream Energy is another retail electricity provider that gives you a lot of flexibility on their website. They have online ordering and online bill payment that even comes with a waived deposit if the customer decides to autopay. They also have an online table which gives you an estimate of how much your electricity service will cost you, which is a cool feature. And on top of that, they have a lot of different options for Green Energy plans and some convenient features like change of address and ID Theft Protection. The bad news is that their prices are on the high side, they do not have any incentive programs for customers that we could see, and their PUC Complaint scorecard was neither terrible nor commendable.
