BEST RATES IN TEXAS UNDER 1000 KWH/mo!

  I have 12 month fixed rate plan for usage under 1000kw and it suits me fine! I average about 850kw and my bill has been the same every month..$34.06. The avg, varies each month, but that is about $.04 per KW. Beat That!!

SO FAR SO GOOD

  I switched to Ambit from TXU when I moved 2 yrs. ago. The rate was much better with Ambit but has since went up some. I havent taken advantage of the rewards etc. but have recomended to friends and family.

StarTex Processes Received Payments LATE

  I had been with StarTex for several years and have several homes (all StarTex). If the payments are not sent in at least 10 days early to StarTex office in Dallas, StarTex will start sending out "Late Notices". Called StarTex up, they insist that they process ALL received Bills the same day. BS!! I am tired trying to get my payments mailed in 2 weeks early, seeing how StarTex (now Constellation) can not get their act together or at least acknowledge that they have a problem, I have decided to take all my business to Champion. So long suckers!

This Company has Gone DOWNHILL

  I have had about a dozen (12) rental properties with StarTex for 5 years. StarTex USED to have pretty good customer service. But since StarTex got bought by Constellation, the service at StarTex has gone downhill fast. I have elected to vote with my feet, I am renewing ALL of my previous StarTex accounts with another provider (Champion). Things may not work out to be perfect with the new provider, but I am sure that things cannot be as screwed up as things have gotten with StarTex.
