  We have been 4change customers for 1 year. It has been a blessing to have the much lower bills and reliability of service we've enjoyed. I've recommended it to people I don't even know, not for a $25 reward (because they don' t know me or my information) but for the satisfaction of sharing a good thing.

  My husband and I were referred to Stream Energy and we had no complaints never had any type of problems with them. We moved a little over a year ago and just a few months ago, we received a check from them for a very big chunk of money because we left off on good terms with them! It was such a blessing and a huge surprize! :) Thanks, Sir's & Madam's of Stream Energy XD

  When our contract was up I called and negotiated a new rate and our loyalty was considered in the rate we received. What a blessing. It made me feel you appreciated my business.

Excellent choice once - No more

  Careful, Spark Energys notification to renew is in small print and only
once. If you miss it and do not renew your fix rate plan, they'll charge
you at daily rate. No further notifications.
Spark Energy used to be customer friendly: After the first year we
received a renewal email and we renewed. Worked like a charm. This
year no email, a small note on my invoice once, which I missed as I
pay the amount listed in the email notification. Customer service was
not responsive to my complaint: I am responsible to renew. True, but
a questionable business practice nevertheless.
Of course this is a blessing in disguise, because whereas Spark Energy
used to be the most affordable for green energy. Now they list as the
most expensive. I am saving 40%!! by moving on.
