Today’s entry into the shopping guide is for the Houston electricity market. The electric rates in Houston (Centerpoint region) aren’t quite as low as the rates in the Dallas (Oncor) region, so there weren’t any plans that broke the 7 cent barrier. However, they month to month electricity plans did drop a tenth of a cent or two in many cases.
