There are lots of cool new bells and whistles, but the main takeaway for a Bounce Energy customer will be that the Bounce Energy homepage will now recognize each existing customer and provide them with a customized homepage. Instead of seeing a standard Bounce Energy homepage, customers will be greeted by a personalized homepage with their current electricity plan and rewards program listed. Additionally there will also be links to plan and account information, past bills and payments, usage information, available rewards and promotions, friends and family referral and more.
The new MyAccount upgrade also comes with a complete redesign for mobile customers, so people who prefer to check their account from their smartphone will now have a streamlined, convenient portal to track their electricity account. And new customers visiting Bounce Energy’s website will see the traditional homepage.
