The PUC of Texas\u2019 best solution was to tweak some sort settings, limit the number of REP plans, and offer a \u201cseries of user friendly\u00a0PDFs<\/span>\u00a0and videos intended to guide and inform the customer\u201d. The chairman has even\"Texas recently said that if the PUCT can\u2019t figure out a solution, then the commission may just shut down the Power to Choose website.<\/p>\n

That kind of move would just strand customers in a minefield of misleading pricing, confusing terms, and booby-trap-plans.<\/p>\n

Texas Electricity Ratings<\/a>\u00a0has a better idea how to serve Texas electricity customers.<\/p>\n
