You\u2019ll also pay the standard TDU charges. But there\u2019s no base charge to worry about. This brings the average to 10.9 cents per kWh for 1000 kWh of use.<\/p>\n

Best 24-Month Nights And Weekend Electricity<\/h3>\n

Pulse Power is currently offering two great options for 24-month fixed-rate plans that come with free electricity in Dallas:<\/p>\n
