Champion is the reigning JD Power & Associates winner for overall customer satisfaction for Texas deregulated electricity<\/a> providers. This is the second straight ratings update where Champion has finished in the top spot. Also making a strong move up was Spark Energy, moving to the #2 spot. Spark has had some consistently low prices in the electricity market which helped them improve their standing. Rounding out the top 5 are Bounce Energy, StarTex Power, and Dynowatt. <\/p>\n

The TER Rankings are based on a number of different factors, including PUC statistics, Better Business Bureau rankings, Green Energy Plans, Customer Reviews, JD Power Rankings, Electricity Rates<\/a>, Promotions, Call Center Satisfaction, and more. The rankings are designed to give a complete picture of the different electricity providers operating in the Texas electricity<\/a> space.
