Cirro Saves Me Money

  I have had my Cirro Account for about 5 years now. After the first year they lowered by lock in (fixed rate) by quite a bit and I just renewed today at 8.4 Cents per KW. My mom has been with TXU for 20 years... they have never offered her a lower KW rate. I love Cirro and would never change companies. I read some of the comments regarding deferrals. I had a referral once and they explained that they would take that months bill and spread it out over 6 months. There were no surprizes. They did exactly that and what a lifesaver it was. I pay my bill online and I have never had a single problem with this company. They email me when it is time to renew and the website is very easy to navigate when deciding which plan I wish to choose. Hope this helps! PS I also love the fact that they offer a plan that is 100% renewable wind energy and it is very economical.

Mega Energy 2

  The next month the exact same thing happened-no mail, no email. I
called again, explained everything, gave them my email and address
again. They said they would send out another copy immediately. 1.5
weeks later, still nothing, so I called and explained everything again
including the fact that I had called 1.5 weeks earlier. I even tried to sign
up to view bills online, but their website wouldn't allow me to do so.
When I was finally able to sign up online, I viewed my current bill,
which I had not received and noticed several late fee charges. I called to
ask about those. The customer service rep yelled at me, saying, "You have to pay the bill!" I explained that I was calling to find out about the
charges and had every intention of paying. Finally asked for a
supervisor after being yelled at repeatedly by the rep. They removed
the late charges and found my email address was wrong. In the 5
months I've been with them, I've received 1 bill in the mail. Don't use
Mega! I'm changing soon!

Mega Energy

  I signed up for Mega due to their low prices and their promise to turn
my electricity on days before another company with the same prices. I
filled out the application online. Electricity was not turned on the
promised date and delayed my move-in. I called twice to complain.
Once I moved in, I didn't receive a bill for two months, so I called to
ask why. They said I should be receiving it in the mail and "to keep an
eye out for it." I double checked my mailing address and signed up for
bills to be emailed as well. After not receiving anything that week, I
called again to only have them give the same answer. Weeks later, I
finally received mail from them-only it was a disconnect notice. I called
immediately, told them this was the 1st mail I've ever received from
them, that I've called twice before, and signed up for emails which I've
never received. I told them my email again, they said they'd send out
another copy, and paid the bill over the phone. The next month the
exact same thing
