  I've found being able to add my services on the computer a great big plus. Also no one can beat the prices! I'm in a duplex. My bill was $59.00 last month, my neighbor's was over $400.00. Now there's a problem! Gave her 4Change info, she has Streamline Energy? But I'll bet not for long.....

THE BEST PROVIDER OUT THERE!

  I have religiously used GME since 2008. I usually signed up for a 6 month contract - - it was just that, 6 months. I am reading all of these horrible reviews and saying to myself, "you didn't pay on time" or "you signed up for month-to-month" or "you didn't renew your contract". I have moved again, and the transition of my move was wonderful! There are NO HIDDEN FEES! The KWh charge includes all delivery fees.....

Working at a Senior Apartment community, I see the HORRIBLE things other companies are doing to their consumers. GME has always delivered top notch customer service, explained the difference of average billing vs paying the bill each month. (paying bill each month is by far the way to go), however, if you come on hard times, they will work with you.

Yes, I am one who has had to pay the disconnect fee more than once. It is not GME's responsibility to remind me when my payment is due. It is mine.

All in all, GME is an absolutely wonderful company who is doing good for way more than have indicated here. Remember as you read reviews, more people are quick to gripe and complain than are the ones to report the good.

  My husband and I were referred to Stream Energy and we had no complaints never had any type of problems with them. We moved a little over a year ago and just a few months ago, we received a check from them for a very big chunk of money because we left off on good terms with them!   Hello Sir/Ma'am, I would recommend this company. Some tips that I hope helps you out for those in the Military as I am or if youre not I think youll still find it helpful. If you have movers scheduled I'd recommend having the electricity turned on one day in advance. I scheduled my electricity to be turned on the same day the movers were showing up and the electricity was delayed by an hour from when it was supposed to be turned on. The scheduled turn on is completely automated so calling the company wont do much good the day the service is supposed to start. Save yourself the stress and have it turned on early. Also the autopay is a pretty good system which saves you from the hassle. Overall Im happy with the service and dont have any major complaints. Wishing you all the best and a stress free experience with this service and life in general!

Plans on website didn't reflect cheaper plans found elsewhere

  Likewise, I was only given one selection for renewing my contract and that's a rate they chose rather than another 10 rates I found from 4change online by researching other companies.

However, still a great price and great service. Been with them for 2 years now and haven't had any regrets. I refer friends from time to time.

Have been with Cirro for 2 yrs now

  We have been with Cirro Energy for at least 2 yrs now and have never
had a problem with billing. We had previously been with TXU and
Reliant and when we switched our bills went down by almost 75%. We
never have a bill that's $200 anymore. In the winter our bills are always
less than $100. We have never had any trouble with customer service
or billing. Every time our fixed rate plan is about to expire, we get
something in the mail that gives us a lower rate per KWH to continue
with them. The only thing I wish they did was offer bonuses for always
paying on time and being a loyal customer. I think one time our bill
was only $4 because we had always paid on time and been loyal but
that was only one time. It may be that we renewed for only 6 months
this last time. Would also like to see a bonus for referrals. I've
recommended Cirro to a few of my friends
and they are happy with their bills and service as well. Would also be

  I called to let them know I was going to be late one day and they still want to charge me a bunch of fees. Seriously one day! I'm a divorced single mom so I'm doing what I can but there is do.

Contract

  I was with another company that merged with bounce. After speaking with my previous company I was told I could maintain my current contract that had another year remaining. I recieved and email acknowledging my order with bounce which I did not initiate. I wanted to maintain my contract as I was told I could because I had locked in a good rate and we plan on moving in the near future so it just made sense. After calling to find out what my new contract was I found out my rate was increased from 7.1755 cents per kWh to 8.5. I do not think its right that I was switched over to a new company without discussing terms or that my rate was increased when I had a contract. As a consumer we are penalized for breaking or contract so why is it ok for the company to break my contract and raise my rates. I am very dissatisfied with this whole process and will be looking for a new electricity provider.

Dishonest company! Watch out!

  I have been a frontier pay as you go customer for 13 months. I was happy with frontier initially, but then I noticed that my daily usage increased during months when I was not using my AC or heat. That doesnt make any sense! I would check my account and it would say I had 20 or more days of power left and then all the sudden they would text a disconnection warning. Something fishy is definitely going on. If I wasnt moving out of the country Id definitely be looking into this further.

Monster Calling Itself a Business

  They came door to door and told some pretty fabulous lies to convince me to switch. The fact that it all seemed too good to be true should have alarmed me. I always say you get what you pay for, and the information I received should have warned my brain that this had to be a ;lie. The price rate was a few pennies more, but I was told that enTrust would pay for my cost to switch from my contract which was a lie. Then they said that I was not told that based on their verification process. leaving me owing my previous company ab early release fee. am about to pay my second bill with them. From the very beginning I was told my due date will be the fifteenth . a day or two before the first die date, I received a letter threatening disconnect. The bill was paid as planned and was on time. The second payment fur on 15th . Operator had no phone number that worked for enTrust. Ended up having to find a bill to call them because couldn't contact online without an account number. When I did reach them, I just paid it on the phone. Boaw it's time to pay bill #3 . The representative, Jessica, called to inform me that the due date is the 14th and that the due date changes from month to month based on the number of days in the month. So they had sent me two disconnect notices ( the first two not having a reminder; the third having this callasa reminder plus notice) and the third one oas sent on the 17th, and they were charging me $15 for sending it. I never did get my contract for my account and am trying to reach the Texas Utility Commission concerning these practices in relation to the state cde of ethics. Anybody wanna join me?

  First of all, the representative Zachary Malik came to my door saying that ENTRUST energy was taking over for ONCOR and that it was mandatory to make the switch. he said that I would still be going through MY energy company, and everything would be the same except where the DELIVERY and TDU charges came from. when I found out that it was a whole new energy company, I called and complained and explained the situation. They said they would listen to the confirmation call and that if there was evidence he had coached me through the call, that I wouldn't be responsible for the $300 cancelation fee. you know an electricity company is bull**** when they have to charge you $300 to get out. anyways, of course they listen to recordings and could find no evidence of coaching BECAUSE HE HAD ME PUT IT ON SPEAKERPHONE AND WAS NODDING YES AND NO TELLING ME WHAT TO SAY!!!! ON TOP OF THAT, MY MONTHLY ENERGY BILL WAS ANYWERE FROM $200 TO $300! A MONTH!!!!!!!! REDICULOSE. its okay though, I'm going to take that representative to small claims court, and I am going to copy and paste this review EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE I CAN. do NOT trust "ENTRUST" they will rob you blind!!!! it costed me a bit over $600 to get away from them with the cancelation fee and the final bill together.

The Worst ...

  i dont understand how an electric service provider doesnt own the poles to provide the service being sold. you might as well as sell me the GW Bridge or "ring-fence" my confort and wallet within the circus ring of a"natural monoply" providers of electricity (EFH=TXU&Oncor+Luminant; no difference from my right and left pants pockets). Another, lost for words though is the plans available; there is no plan for less than 1000kwh. The electric "companies" or should i say middle men have put together this gimmick with flexable usage rates as high as 18.9 cent per kwh if you use less than 1000kwh.... i can say nothing more except you really dont have much choice but to do the reserach, be specific and direct with what you want and when you are finished with the sales rep call customer service to help review all plans available. i don't recommend TXU AT ALL however what real choice do you have they own the poles (Oncor) * (

  I recieved the $350 welcome offer in the mail. The first one I threw away. The second one got me thinking about it. I had txu years ago and they were a ripoff then. I left them in 2005 and never looked back. The $350 was tempting until I read all the reviews. So thankful I read them! Obviously, theyre still up to their old tricks. They really need to be stopped from taking advantage of all these people. It should be illegal and they should be put out of business

Once Contract is up leaving TXU

  I moved into a new house and couldn't bring my prior energy company with me. So I got TXU Wrong thing to do. This company is a RIP OFF. I am the only one living in my house and yet every month my bill is Bigger and Bigger. No matter how less energy I use. I did a test by cutting everything off during the day while I was at work and only used things for 2 hours a day yet my bill amount was larger then the previous bill. I cant wait until my contract is up so I can leave this company and I wont look back.
