No compassion

  Im a home health care provider who is caring for an 81 year old man on hospice and i got him set up for the 90$ flat rate plan due to his oxygen usage and his bills being over 100$ just about every month. We both live in south texas where it barely gets to freezing. He lives alone in a small apartment. I was not informed on my client not getting the 90$ flat rate plan until two billing cycles had went by and when i explained it to the rep. He didnt care had no compassion what so ever. He couldve atleast apologized for the first rep who set the flat rate plan up. I understand how frustrating it is to work in billing i use to do the same for a cellphone company but you always had to show compassion and hold your composure. Hope that rep has a better day and learns what customer service really is.

Poor customer service

  I always kept CPL because of their service, but a recent experience has changed my mind. Trying to get an error and its repercussions fixed has taken me over a month and many hours on the telephone. It is still not fixed and I have had too many people tell me they can not help me and not pass me to someone who can. Understandably I am looking for a new supplier.

  I recently signed up for a fixed rate and after they billed me, they charged me
different rates as per usage in one billing cycle.. When they claim fixed rate, they should
charge at a fixed rate and they should not charge you 3 different rates in one billing cycle.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! Customer Service refused to help. FRAUD ADVERTISEMENT!

  my experience with stream had been terrible to say the least!! their customer service is a shame the excell at being ignorant and failing to solve the customers problem. the always fail to bill me and when they do it's a disconnection notice. just don't sign up save yourself a headache!!!!!!!! I rate this company a -100.
