“ I payed my sons bill on line on July 18, 2016 with my Master Card. The payment was deducted from my bank account on the 18th of July. I received an e mail from Cirro with payment confirmation on 19, 16. His power was turned off on Wed. July 20th. Even though I had all payment confirmed data they could not locate payment. To get service restored I had to pay the bill again and pay a reconnect fee.
There is a serious problem in their payment Dept. Their Customer Service people are very nice , however their payment Dept. leaves a lot to to be done. I spent over one hour on the phone with customer service to be told I must pay the Bill again to get service restored. You can make your call if you want to do service with this company. ”
