  Since I have switched to this company I am overwhelmingly pleased with the service and rates that I have. There were no hidden fees and the bills are really low in cost compared to the previous company that I had!

  I received my first bill after only 9 days of service. I used 600+ kwh in those 9 days, but because it didn't meet the minimum threshold of usage I was charged a &7.95 service fee. That's 2000+ kwh per month! When I called I asked about the $7.95 charge, and the rep immediately said she could remove it as it was only a partial month. They do this to everyone, and if you don't call they rip you off! I'm considering filing complaints with the PUC and Attorney General. She wasn't very friendly, either.

  Their employees should be trained better.. One employee says one thing the other says another thing..Turns out both were wrong...They need to get it straight..its the customer who ends up paying for their mistakes

Father- in -law got scammed by door to door salesman

  Father- in -law got scammed by door to door salesman. Took advantage of an old man. His bill has almost doubled. Had to pay $300 to get out of scam contract. BEWARE OF NO-TRUST ENERGY!

  I have been with ComEd since moving to Freeport, IL since Sept of 2010. I put down a deposit of 135.00 and after 2 years have still not got my deposit back. I called and got the usual corporate BULLSHIT. I got my deposit back from my cable company and my gas company but not ComEd. I would STRONGLY suggest any new customers find another company !!!!
