  We moved here from Colorado. To say that the way you purchase electricity is different here is an understatement. In Colorado (the DENVER area), you dont know what choice is.

The people at 4Change made the process of choosing and signing up very easy. I feel I am getting a good deal for what I am getting & what the company gives back to the community.

I would heartily recommend 4Change! Just call them and let them get it going for you.

  If you want to speek to coustmer service you better set aside at least 12 hours.

No longer a loyal customer

  I have used Startex for years, when I renewed this year, my rate increased a bit, but what I was most surprised when my TDU charge increased from $3.30 to $47.70. This is not the same old Texas company that I signed up with. You can hardly understand the customer service reps.

Stay away from these crooks

  My 78 yo mother, that just lost her husband, that has dementia is being screwed over by this company. They have NO moral standard, they're trying to charge 140 in fees to someone living on SS income, they raised the rate she pays from 8.3 to 12.9 without anyone contacting me, they can't even get a supervisor on line to talk to me about it. They are dishonest crooks. Use anyone but these thieves ...

Not off to a good start

  I signed onto Mega on November 15. On November 28, having heard nothing as to my account number that I needed for the website, I called Mega. The phone decision tree offers quite a bunch of choices and subchoices, perhaps a total of 25. Only one of those leads to a human insofar as I could determine. I got my account number from the human. Then, I went online, confident that I could arrange electronic payment. No such thing offered there, or even mentioned. So, I sent an email asking about electronic payment. 48 hours later, I received a "quote" telling me how much I owe Mega right up to the minute; info I didn't care to know. With a minimal website, one should never have an occasion to even contact the company by phone or ask any questions by email, but that isn't the case.
