  I had previously subscribed with Reliance and they stole my money. They lied to me in my contract. However, I came to Constellation energy and the cancellation fee was $50 only and their prices much cheaper, customer service much better. I am glad that I made the change.

  I have no complaints about this company. The signup process was easy and their contract is not confusing like some companies. They have very affordable rates which they offer for longer terms than other companies. From signing up to understanding my bill every month, I would definitely recommend 4change energy.

I've been completely satisfied with their service, the prices are very competitive, and their analytics help set expectations as to what your bill will be as well as what it has been for previous years. The referral program is also a great way to save, and help others save as well.

Great so far!!!

  I switched from TXU because my rates were steadily increasing. I was on a variable rate plan that coincided with natural gas prices rising to 11.1 before I couldn't take it anymore. I switched 4 months ago and could not be happier! I have saved $80.00 a month so far. Customer service has treated me great so far and I plan to stay with Cirro as long as possible. I honestly do not know why there are numerous negative reviews. My experiences have been positive.

INFORMATIVE AND RELIABLE

  Electronically, Tri-Eagle reports great information monthly with comparisons to last year and graphs usage. Customer Service could improve by being a little more friendly. A good thing is we rarely need to contact them, with auto pay and an extended contract, making electric service "automatic". It just happens and is always there.

CHEAPEST & BEST PROVIDER

  Reliant Energy gave me a FREE Energy Monitor. I average 45% Cheaper than my neighbors. I have few outages. I pay 5 Cents / KWH. My average TOTAL ELECTRIC BILL is $122 / Mo. I got a FREE Energy Analysis with a A+ Rating! Netpique LLC - is a BAD Place to work. Reliant needs to change contractors. Execellant Reps in Reliant Customer Service.

  I used StarTex for several years because they had very competitive rates but as of late the rates have not been as good, so I switched to a different company. However, while I was with StarTex I was very happy with them. Switching away was no problem in fact they called me after I had switched and wanted to know why... when I told them, they said they would be able to offer me a private competitive rate to keep my business but I had already signed the contract. I'll call them again when this contract is up!
