  I have been approached many many times by other vendors to change from first Choice Power. I have been with this company at least 40 years and I have not found any reason yet to change. Reliable, dependable service and customer service is always available. ( a human being)

The tech person

  He was very patient with us. The wifi went out it had to be reset . We're seniors so we aren't very tech up to date. He understood that and didn't try to rush us. I wish everyone could be like him. AWESOME!!!!!!!!

  The only thing they distinguishes one vendor from another is price and the website. I have found the website to be EXTREMELY slow and unresponsive.

Terrible Company and Customer Service

  I got done with my rent home in September and they said once my last bill was paid in September, I would get my deposit mailed back to me within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of my last bill. Well... here we are in December and still no check. I have been calling and emailing about it and get a different answer every time. Two weeks ago I called and the lady said the check was in the mail finally. Now those two weeks have came and gone since the last call happened, I still have no check. I emailed today and the gave me today as the date the check got mailed out. They better hope i get it pretty dang soon.

On another note, their price does not stay the same like they claim. My bills were way too high. I have also the problem when i call they tell me one price so I pay over the phone and then by the time I get home no power on at my house, so I call again and they said I was short on my payment and wonder where I got the price I paid on the phone earlier.
They have very poor customer service and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!
