AMAZING COMPANY

  I have used them since I had my first apartment over 3 years ago.
The only problem I ever experienced was the transfer of service which was corrected and explained immediately.
I LOVE them and could never ask for a better company!

Reliable

  It's been a couple of months since I picked it out of bunch of providers and gave it a try, and I'm happy so far. I wasn't sure of its reliability due to its 100% renewable energy sources but it has turned out to be very reliable. Texas is very hot but I'm paying a lot less than I did in Ohio. A few days ago we had a bad storm that resulted in power outage but GME was one of the first ones to recover when my neighbors were still blacked out. I also like the weekly report of my usage that I receive by email. At this rate I will stick to GME when my contract is up.

  I been with Champion for a few months now and I like how easy it is to pay bills and see what my usage is. Great rates which is why I switched in the first place and I have no complaints at all so far. Customer service is always available, courteous and helpful every time I call. No hidden fees. Everything you need to pay is right there in black and white on the bill. No new surprises every month like some companies.

Headache Free Service

  We got 1 year contract with this company by a friend's recommendation and never had any issues though we were skeptic for every new energy company that we hadn't been with. We even moved between our contract term and they were so easy to transfer the connection and even let us have energy at both places for few days while moving. Great customer service. Highly Recommend them.

  We have been with 4ChangeEnergy for almost 3 years, and have never had an issue with them yet. While I have not genuinely compared prices, I believe they are reasonable, and I like the fact that I am donating to a good cause while also paying my energy bill!

all I need is power at a good low rate

   I joined misson about 6 months ago after my electric bills skyrocketed to $450 or more a month for a 1700 square foot home. Could not register online, I had to call to switch, not as convenient as other companies but the switch was seamless. The bill once I changed was shocklingy low compared to be TXU rate which had apparently been bumped over the years. Mission had the best price + term + rate and so far have been extrememly happy.

  Not the least expensive but have never had a problem in terms of unexpected billing or other issues. Essentially, they are a trade off of paying a bit more for the energy with less hassle - depends on what you prioritize

  I've been a Startex customer for several years now, Last year I willing signed up for another 12 months. I knew it wasn't the lowest rate on the market but all my hassle free experience with them I felt a couple of cents for less hassle was worth it. At least much better than a former company known by me as Second to last Choice (First Choice) but... Since being bought out by Constellation it seems this luxury will cost me more. or will it? Startex give me a reason why I should stay? Last year your company allowed a digit drop. This year I waited to see this offer and....nothing, well except much higher prices. I will be calling to see if you can offer something to keep a customer. If not I guess you will leave me no choice but to jump the fence and swim with the sharks again. Wish me luck.I got my lube and a speedo just in case.

Good Rates But Unable To Acces Account Online for Almost 3 Months

   I switched to Mission at the end of February. The rates are good. I get my bill via postal mail, but never received my June bill. Went on their website to access my account in mid-June but the online account portion of the website stated "We are upgrading our online payment processing. For your convenience, payments taken by phone will be taken free of service charge at this time."
I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get through to a customer service rep to pay the bill by phone. I was told the website would be back up in mid July. On July 26 the website was still down and I had to call to pay my July bill by phone. Again a long wait.
The customer service rep said none of the reps were being given any info about when the website would be back up, even though many customers wanted to know what was going on. The only e-mail address I could find went to info@missionpower.com. I sent an e-mail on 7/26/12 asking for an update and complaining about the extended shutdown of the online account section of the website. I've received no response. Very frustrating.

Good until you renew

  I was a customer for 6 months, then wanted to renew for another 6 months. Sales rep told me it was impossible, that he could only do 3 month contracts, however he would contact me before end of 3 months to discuss a renew. That never happened and my price has nearly doubled. Upon calling them, the billing clerk said something would have been mailed and there was nothing she could do.

Some associate will probably reply saying "I'm sorry you had this experience, blah blah blah", but frankly I'm out $150 extra dollars for showing any customer loyalty to them.

Is that really the type of company you would want to do business with? I know I'll be avoiding them like the plague.

Internet Limited, Inadequate Customer Service

  I got on line in an effort to have my electricity service moved to a new apartment. First thing, I mentioned was that I wanted to move my service, as I have been pretty pleased with Dynowatt after a miserable experience with TXU. Buenavida, the agent that I chatted with, made me go through all the security checks, and then told me I would have to call to make the change.

It was 5:23 when I placed the call and was told to keep holding and the next available would be with me in a minute. The message was repeated over and over, ad nauseum. At 5:45, the message was replaced by a sound similat to that made by a tape recorder when it is rewinding. I never got to take care of my business.

I was going to transfer Dynowatt from my old apartment to my new, but considering the cavalier treatment, I think I will shop around. .

SCAM

  These guys are a rinkiy dink operation. Their billing was random at best. Slow to post my payments and when I switched providers to Reliant, they never contacted me. I assumed we were square. Then several months later I receive notice I have been turned over to collections for a $56 outstanding balance. No communication whatsoever in those months. Avoid them like Ebola folks.

a little disappointed :(

  About a month ago I got my service on TriEagle everything was very well plans were ok, but I'm a little disappointed with my first bill i live in a two bedroom apartment and I have nothing connected and I'm hardly ever home is a bit unusual for a two bedroom apartment gets the amount of $167.72 i use to live an a 2 bedroom house and was with another company and my bill did not rise $139.05 i hope and my next bill comes less than what I get this month
