Bad customer service

  Cut off my light without giving a disconnecting notice. I had already payed off my bill and yet they disconnected it and left us a whole day without light. When called they said they couldnt do anything and we had to wait. Definitely unsatified.

Worst Electricity Company!!!!!!!!

  I have had the worst experiences doing business with this company. They
take a long time to send my electric bill through mail. They charge you to
pay your bill online, and their customer service is the worst! The times I
have called to pay my bill over the phone the people that answer are rude
and have zero customer service. I am waiting for my 1 year contract to end
and move on!!!! Buyer Beware, this company should be called MEGA
SCAM!!!!!!!!! There is nothing positive to say about this company,
absolutely NOTHING!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES

   I was out of town for 2 weeks I get back and see a disconnection notice so I called ambit to see where I can make payment so they get it quickly the representative tells me several pay location where I can make my payments I go make my payment and call ambit back and tell them I have made my payment and the representative tell me your payments has not posted. I provided a confirmation number and representative say confirmation does not make a difference if we do not get your payment your services will be disconnected. I explain to the representative that I have a new born and can not be without light the manger stated there is nothing they can do . So I had to make another payments, So I pretty much have a 200.00 credit on my account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET A SYSTEM THAT WORKS AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BY HAVING CREDITS CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS . AND YOUR MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCK !!!!!!! I WISH I CAN CHANGE LIGHT COMPANY BUT THIS IS ONLY LIGHT COMPANY THAT SERVICES THE AREA I LIVE... As you can see I did not give you people any dam lights.. Because your customer services suck and your receiving payment is the WORST !!!!!

  I tried to switch to them and they switched me early so I am still trying to get the billing straight. Thank goodness I was able to get out before I was stuck with them.

  I was ALMOST talked into changing to Summer Energy today by a woman who came to my door. After reading all the reviews online, THANK GOD I didn't! I almost switched my parents' account too, since I do their finances. My mother pays her bill the day it arrives at her mailbox, she would have had a fit if she was charged a late fee! Thanks for keeping the review online!!
