  I have had Andeler Power for some time now, and i actually just moved into my new house and had transferred my account to my new house, come to find out after 5 days that they actually put my service into someone elses property. Long story short, i am without power, and i will have to pay for the service at the address they put it under. Consider it a christmas gift, property who got free electricity for 5 days, cause i have no choice but to pay for it! :/

  I can't speak much about customer service as I've not had any dealings with them. I pay my bill online and have never had any problems with Andeler. My bills are lower than they've ever been in the past. I was originally with Abacus, so I've been with Andeler ever since they took over. I'm currently a happy and satisfied customer. :.)

  Ive had andeler for a year now they fast custoner service i like the way they worked with me when i couldnt pay my bill on they broke it down in three payments wich was very helpful to and so far its fair billing

Unfair billing practices

  Andeler Power changes the due date each month that payment is supposed to be made. At first the due date was the 18th of the month. Then each subsequent month the due date is earlier and earlier. The month before last the bill was due on the 6th of the month, then last month the bill was due on the 5th of the month. I pay my bill with electronic fund transfer and ever though the bank sent the money on the 3rd of the month and my bank statement showed the money for the bill came out of my account on the 6th, the day the bill was due, Andeler Power still charged me a late fee of $23.34. I called the company but the lady refused to cancel the late charge although my bank statement shows they received payment in full. I think this is a dishonest company and I intend to switch providers.

  I had Apollo first, then Andeler took over. That's when the problems began. I forgot to pay my bill and had to pay $150 deposit to turn it back on, even though I've been with them 3 years. I do not have a home computer, so I have to call to make my payment. You are put on hold forever (if you can even get through). Sometimes, you get a recording that they will call you back. I've told them to call me back during set hours because I cannot answer my phone while working. They don't do it, so you have to call back again and play phone tag. Due to this, I could not get through the entire day to pay my bill, and my electricity was shut off the next day. Another $150 to get it back on. Needless to say, I am looking for another company to switch to. Their rates may be OK, but their customer service and "fees" are terrible.

  I've had Andler for 18 months with no problems. Rates seem fair and customer service was fine. The only time I needed to use them was to help my neighbor get set up.

The Worst Customer Service Experience of My Entire Life

  Originally I signed on with Abacus and had a relatively good experience.
Around the time I was moving and scheduled my electricity to be turned off,
Abacus was being taken over by Andeler Power. All seemed well until I
received a couple of months of billing because my electric was never turned
off. Andeler seemed responsive to my call as if my story was a familiar one and
told me 'not to worry, it's being taken care of'. Five months later I receive a
collections notice for said bills. At this point Andeler insists that I prove I was
not living at the service location the entire time... They even acknowledged that
they had notes on my file with my disconnect date. I spent hours on the phone
with various women who were all rude and acted like I had done something
wrong. Finally the account was settled after they confirmed my move out date
with my old landlord ( who had a terrible Andeler experience of his own ).
Steer clear! They are the worst!

  They have lost my payments or applied them to the wrong account. Charging 11 cents call today to see if there is anything that can be done, new contract, something. I get a responce of 10.5 cents for 12 months... and that is the best they can do... Stay away from this company.
