Are not set up to take direct payments from banks
Month after month my banks wires money from me and other customers to Breeze. Unfortunately, even though the funds are available to Breeze the next day it takes weeks (not days) to post to your account. The problem remains they want late charges on top of late charges each month. It is a total rip off.
Their customer service isn't equipped to deal with the problem.
Cannot see how they can keep their license. ”

Beware of sales person
Beware of sales person.
When I signed up for the service, I specifically asked if they have a minimum usage charge. He told me that there were no minimum usage charges. To my surprise not only they charge a minimum usage fee, they also charge me the actual usage fee.
On top of that you have to be aware of billing cycle. No one told me that my billing cycle ends on 10th. So when I terminate my service on the 11th I get another bill with minimum charges.

“ My experience with this company remained me of the type of service one would expect from a third world start-up. No consistency -we'll not any that woul benefit a customer. Lots of double talk, no follow through and a inept billing system. If you enter into a term contract check every bill. Follow up on every supposed correction but don't expect your issue to be taken care of. Buyer beware ”
