  Cheapest Energy bill ive ever paid.

Paid a flat rate every month, and I got an email every day saying how much usage i used the day before.

If yall cant read the fact sheet, perhaps get someone else to commit to the contract.

I paid exactly what i was told I was going to pay for the usage I used.

  Every year when my energy plan is up for renewal I dread looking for the best rate pit there. A neighbor of mine referred me to Mega Energy and so I bit the bullet and called. The customer service rep was very polite, patient and helpful. I ended up signing up for 24 months in stead of 12 because the rate was a very decent rate. I access to online billing, auto draft, etc.
It was pain free. I have not had any issues with billing which was my main concern.

I would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Great Service

  Have been a customer for about 4 years and have had no service problems, billing problems or communication problems. Some patience required when calling customer service as with most companies.
Popular companies often get overloaded on the phones. Price of plans are competitive the times I renewed my plans. Easy to understand the paper invoices I get. Customer Service has always been polite and had a helpful attitude. That helps both ways.

  I just renewed my contract with Our Energy. They have had the best rates for me and don't charge a minimum base charge, which is great. When it came time to renew my contract, I got a special renewal rate which shows that they value their customers business. I was able to do the renewal online with ease and have never had any problems will billing. I would recommend them to others.

Pennywise Power Review

  I am so pleased with Pennywise Power. I switched to Wise Buy Monthly and simply check the energy cost on a monthly basis to see if I want to sign a contract or switch but there has been no significant increase. My electricty bill is now half of my previous supplier's bill. The rates are a great value, it was easy to sign up on-line, the switch was seamless - there was absolutely no problem with my power during the switch, I receive my bill via email notification, the bills and auto-draft have been accurate. I have called Customer Service and received very professional and informative information.

  We have had Green Mountain Energy for 3 years and have had absolutely no problems. Our electric bill has been the lowest we have every had. I have no reason to want to change and have 3 years of why I would recommend them to others.

A little less expensive!

  I have a guy who checks my energy to get the best rate when ever my contract expires. So This was less expensive. I like the auto bill pay. I only have a six month plan.
I wish their website was more like Reliant! I do miss Reliants website. I could do average billing, and even check my daily usage report at the end of every week! I do not use that much energy to begin with, so it is only saving me $15-20/month.

Feels good to go green!

  We switched from Reliant Energy which had horrible rates and service to Green Mountain 3yrs ago. Customer Service is excellent and we do save money over Reliant but rates could be better. Never lost power even through hurricane Ike. It feels good to know we are making a difference by going green!

  The average cost per kilowatt used is significantly lower ( 40 to 50% ) compared to my previous electric service provider. This saving even includes the management fee for Energy Ogre to manage my service and get me the best electric service available.

Switched to Power Express

  I just recently switched to Power Express, so I'm not able to rate the billing and account management. However, the online customer service was exceptional, and the CSR whom I spoke with was really informative in helping me choose to decide. From that experience, I rate Power Express's customer service excellent. We signed up for #smile24, which is very ideal for our usage.

I wish they didn't have the $2 surcharge if we didn't do auto-pay

I hope that this rating will stay for the duration of their service provision.
