  Will be renewing for the second time. Though I still don't understand why Texas' electric rates are as high as they are, no other company can compete with Pontentia's prices in the Houston Area. Excellent service and very simple statement to understand. Love this company.

Customer Service with a personal touch.

  I can't say enough about APNA's customer service. Sandra is an outstanding customer service supervisor who was extremely helpful in my situation. I will and have recommended this company to others already. When problems arise is when you see what type of customer service a company really has, and APNA has proven to me they are very customer oriented. They take a personal interest in trying to understand and resolve your issue. So glad I switched.

Terrible customer service

  Set up initial auto pay (required) and they said bank rejected it, giving no other information, charging fee after fee. Bank says account number is correct. The return check fees don't even show on the bills so there is no way to pay online. And every-time I call to ask? $4.95 additional fee according to terms of service. Its a never ending cycle and the customer service agents have no information or authority. They won't even let me talk to the billing department!! "They don't take calls" I wonder if they take letters from attorneys? What a scam.
