Great Experience with Constellation

  I had been with my previous electric company for many years - their prices continued to climb so I finally decided to switch - per your website I chose Constellation. The entire process was painless - I did everything online. The one time I had to call their customer service they helped me immediately and were very nice.

  This retail electric provider, in my opinion, has one of the best assets a company can have: excellent customer service. Here is where customers are retained or lost and I certainly intend to keep renewing my contract over the coming years.

  I have a 8.3 Kilowatt 3 year fixed rate. I have not had a problem with this company and my bills are lower then with any other company i have used in the past. I have never moved from my home so i don't have any experiences with a move or a late pay. I notice most people that have a problem are due to transfers or moves. I cannot comment on that other then my experience with this company has been good to me.

  So far, so good. I just started with Champion Energy and I am very happy with their price and service. They give me a weekly update on usage, which is nice when you are on a budget.

  I had my first door to door with keisha a couple of months ago.She had an accent and I found out she was from New York. Don't usually talk to anyone who knocks on my door. I was hesitant on giving her my bill, but she was more helpful than anything. She broke down my bill for me showed me my true rate and then explained to me what just energy offers. I have seen the bad reviews from the past and told her I didn't know. She understood didn't push it. I finally said let me sign up cause I felt this really can help me from what she showed me. Everything she told me was true, she was straightforward, very confident, patient and she wasn't trying to push me to get it. Sounds like they just need more door door people with her smile and honesty. I am happy with my bill and will remain a customer. If I had any problems she also informed me to contact her directly so that she is aware and can address the situation as soon a possible. Just Energy does have good people working for them!

People Misunderstand then Blame the Company.

  I read the reviews. People are stupid. They blame their mistake on a company!
Up to 1000 kw, the bill is flat. Centerpoint makes the bill schedule. Not Infuse. You sign in the middle, you get a part bill. Not prorated people.
I use between 900 and 940 each month. My bill stays the same. It went up during the summer... it's hot in the summer. I knew my bill would go up. Obvious.
They're clear at enrollment. Unless you didn't listen. I asked questions when I was confused. Every complaint I've seen was either something the company had no control over, or was a customer not listening to what the plan states. And how can an enery company make your usage higher? They don't touch that meter. Centerpoint does. People need to take responsibility for their mistakes.
How is this bait and switch? You choose the plan. They explained everything.

  We had the same energy company for the past 29 years and were hesitant to change service. After paying upwards of $500 - $600 in the peak of our summer months, we decided it was time to a change. Glad we found 4Change Energy. We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary with them this month and have been pleasantly surprised. Our electric bills have been cut in half if not more! We haven't had any problems with the energy service or customer service. I would recommend this 4Change to everyone who wants to save a good chunk of change and have great service!

Three years and still happy

  I signed up with Direct energy in 2014. In May of 2016 we flooded. I had to sadly cancel service until I could move back home, the manager took very good care of me. I received their service again on 10/24/2016. I have yet to have a bill over $110.00. I am on the free weekend service. I do all of my laundry and power using chores on the weekends. I am so very happy with them. I was paying over $200.00 with Gexa. I would recommend using Direct Energy and signing up for Free Weekends. Txu power only gives you free power over night until 6 a.m. Thank you Direct Energy.

  I signed a 3 year contract with Champion Energy Services. Their rates are the best I could find. Signing a long-term agreement means I don't have to worry about my contract ending and being switched to a month-to-month rate. This summer by bills are 25-35% lower when compared to last year using a different electric provider. I'm very happy I made the switch!

  I just renewed my plan for another 6 months. I wanted to extend my original plan and found out the original plan was available for a slightly less cheaper charge.
Nonetheless, haven't received any unexpected charges, the rate was fixed as planned.
The two were all I was looking for and was delivered as promised.

  I have had to contact the customer due to some billing questions. I got straight through to the customer service department and spoke with a member of staff who was so helpful and dealt with my query straight away.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  I cancelled my contract with another electricity provider because they left out some important details in their pricing structure. I'm so glad I chose 4changeenergy. My first bill was $200 less than my previous bill - and that was in the winter months (I have gas heat - not electric). I can't wait to see what I'll save in the summer!!

  I'm very surprised to read some of these reviews. I have been using Summer Energy for my home for a little under a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. The customer service has always been very helpful and polite. They run their business just like any other electricity company. I recommend to everyone.
