Screwed by TriEagle Energy

  The first time TriEagle screwed me was when I signed on for their service. I was told that the Budget Billing was available, one of the reasons I signed on. After I was with TriEagle for 1 mounth I tried to set up Budget Billing and they told me I was not eligible for that program Now I am living on Social Security and was depending on having an average monthly payment. I have to live with this arrangement for five years.
The next time I got screwed was partially my fault. My wife mailed a payment in and I made a payment on the internet. A double payment. TriEagle cannot reverse the internet payment, after they receive the check my wife sent in, for six weeks. For someone on a fixed income the six week wait is very uncomfortable.
This leaves me with no other choice but to terminate my account with them as soon as my contract is up

Pennywise Power is terrible!!!

  I ordered Pennywise when I moved to Texas from out of state. They never get their billing right, WILL NOT mail you a bill, has to be sent by email ? And are charging me $200 for early cancellation, even though I am moving. I wish I mever used them and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

  We went with TXU due to the fact that One of my friends told us they had some decent rates. After being with them for about 6 months I am ready to cancel my contract with them, and call the utilities commissioner. I've had nothing but problems and high bills every month. and then while I'm out of work for my pregnant wife and I've tried to settle the bill and work so I can pay my other bills until I go back to work, I get told no, and then in the middle of my contract you guys want to charge me a deposit, because you guys want to claim that you've sent 2 disconnect notices, which only one was sent. You guys aren't cheap and your service sucks. I will be canceling my contract and I'll be damned if i send you a deposit.

I've done my best and I paid my balances all up and current, but this company has no moral ethic nor do they want to be a part of the community. They are a MONEY SUCKING machine. Nothing more, nothing less.

They wanted 670 dollars this month, after I paid them 507 last month. More than my car payments. I will be paying the ETF and going back to Green Mountain.

  I received an offer in the mail to change to Reliant and get a 300.00 summer bonus for signing up for a secure 12 month plan. How lucky I am that I always read reviews before I change or renew anything. 90% of the reviews were negative reviews, how can Reliant stay in business with such horrible rates, plans and reviews.

  I had reach energy for about a year. I had to call every month to get my invoice when they were supposed to be sent to my email automatically. I had automatic draft with them because its what i qualified for but somehow my bill was always late.
When i called to my cancel my contract with them the begining of May 2013, apparently the didnt cancel it so my account was over drafted $328 to my account at the end of june for the months of may and june. Bi didnt have them anymore i didnt understand why the hell i was being charged. I called and tried to find out what was going on. The horrible lady that always answers the phone said she could not find any record of me calling and canceling my contract. Wow! I asked for a manager to call me. Never got a call!!!
And their customer reps would always call me on private numbers. They finally stopped when i called amd yelled at people demanding they stop or there will be peoblems
dont ever choose reach energy. Yeah prices are great. Everything else is a pain in the ass!

  I had a sales rep come to my door and told me I could APPLY to see if we qualified for their services. I asked the person more than once if I really was just APPLYING and not actually signing up for anything and she told me yes. So here I am thinking I'm just going through the process to see if we would get "approved" all the while I'm actually being signed up. They tell you you have 3 days to decide whether you want the service or not. So I call to cancel right away. Of course it's a Saturday and their "canceling people" aren't there (how convenient). So I call back on Monday and cancel and am told everything is good. LITTLE DID I KNOW.. the moment I was "approved" my previous electric company got terminated. I now owe my previous company quite a bit of money for terminating, PLUS I will most likely owe Just Energy since apparently we have been using them for the past few days. And to top it all off, we may have to go without electricity for some time until this is all sorted out because we canceled Just Energy and our previous provider was canceled too, leaving us with NO ONE. And I refuse to stay with Just Energy. I wasn't even truly a customer and I am more disappointed/enraged than I have ever been with a company. JUST STEER CLEAR OF THEM. DO NO DO IT. They are ridiculous people who LIE just so they can probably get a commission or something. I really regret ever opening my door.
