Still a happy customer....

  Renewing with the same energy provider for the first time since moving to Texas over four years ago. I just can't leave Bounce! Their rewards program is awesome, their customer service is awesome and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Their rates were not as low as some of the other companies - but after a few phone calls I spoke to an agent who gave me a monthly retention discount in addition to lowering their posted rate. SO - keep asking until you get what you want.

Favorite company yet

  I switched electric providers nearly every six months since moving to Texas 4 years ago always looking for a better rate. I switched to Bounce about 7 months ago and plan to stay with them I like them so much! Their rates are competitive & I love their rewards program... which I didn't have with any of the other companies I used. Switching to them was easy, their bills are straightforward, their customer service has been great. I highly recommend them. If this review was helpful, please use my reward code if you switch to them and we will both be rewarded! How many other companies have you reviewed that give you bonuses??? Good luck... I think you'll be happy if you make this switch.

Just switched to Bounce

  We have had service with Startex, Champion and Frontier and didn't have any problems with any of them. We shop around when the contract is up to get better rates with different companies. If any of the three companies had offered us the lower rate, we would have stayed with them. We just switched to Bounce and so far the experience has been great. We love the reward program idea... which we didn't have with the other companies. The prices were competitive for companies with positive reviews. I ignore the lower priced companies if their reviews are poor. Customer service on the phone was quick and the representatives were very helpful. I called 3 times before making the switch just to see how their phone service was. Thank you and good luck!

No problems at all in 6 months

  I switched to Frontier 6 months ago because they had the best rate. I wasn't thrilled initially with their customer service and had a few calls that I was on hold for quite a while. I made the change anyhow and haven't had to contact them since. My bills have been correct. The weekly email with a usage summary is a plus. My contract is ending and I am shopping for rates. If Frontier is competitive, I won't hesitate to stay with them.

They get their money one way or another

  It was a pleasant and easy ordering experience, and I was excited about the low rate I was given. What I wasn't told was that I had to use a certain amount of electricity otherwise they started tacking on extra "Customer Charge"s to your bill. Of course, that causes the rate to be higher than the other companies, but I cannot change because then I get an early termintation fine. So, just be warned, they will get their money one way or another...

TXU IS THE WORST COMPANY

  DO NOT USE TXU unless you like being lied to and extremely poor service. Bait and swtich tactics a joke a freaking company. They don't tell you when you call to sign up about deposits, early termination fees the lady said they waive etc. Not true as we were late once on payment by a couple days and they want 310.00 deposit, charge 11.90 to let you know you are late and 12.00 late fee. The deposit is what is a joke fine i paid late, I paid late charge me a fee but do not ask for 310 on top, plus tell me i need to pay 150.00 early termination fee when I signed up you said it is waived.
