  We came across Vista when we googled Pennsylvania electric suppliers and we signed up with them because of the cost. We filled out a form online and it was fairly easy. All our interactions were through email and then snail mail. They also gave us numbers to call and theyve been receptive.

Shopped for the best deal

  When it comes to electricity, Im a price shopper. In Pennsylvania, you can just switch online and you dont talk to anybody. Its easy until you get the bill and you get irritated. Some companies have what I call a teaser rate. They would have a low rate to lure people in and then they double the rate without notifying people. Ive been switching power for many years and they all do that. But then you can just go online, find somebody cheaper then hit go and youre done. The price changes so you have to keep an eye on your bill. But so far, Vista has been good on that part. I got my bill a little bit lower and I would tell others to check Vista's prices and if theyre low, to go with them.

  I use a different electric provider every year because in Pennsylvania, I can pick a gas provider which makes the most sense from an economic standpoint. I shop around and eventually, the competitive nature of the power supply in Pennsylvania pays off for me. Now, I switched to Vista and my motivation was financial because there was a standard charge of $30 a month but the kilowatt per hour charge on top of that is half of what I was paying before. So, it will save me money and I can put all the extra money into insulating my house.

I researched online and tried to fit where I wanted to be financially regardless of the companys service. Some of the marketing was saying that it is a renewable energy but all energies are renewable to the same extent and if the company is able to supply power at a lower cost that is ultimately coming from fewer resources, otherwise, the cost would be higher. It is coming down to the reliable supply of power which is PPL. So, as long as Vista can get the power through PPL and the bill works out the way that I expected to, then I'll stay with them. Vista keeps the power on at our home and that is what I'm paying for. Also, if the pricing model works out for them, they make sure that they have the base number coming through, and they are able to offer reduced rates on the power on top of that, that is whats gonna keep me with Vista. Id recommend them.

4 Change Energy

  I have been with 4 change energy for a year and my electricity bill has never been lower - summer and winter. It did go to over $600.00 per month with other providers and this year has never exceeded $180.00. A major advantage over other electricity providers is the rebate you receive when your usage is at a certain value - namely in the summer time. Aside from the low KW/Hr rate, the rebate reduces the monthly bill even more. This has been the best it ever was. I signed up for 18 months and glad I did. I plan to renew when my contract expires.

  I am very pleased with one of the Reliant staff named Samuel. During our chat he took the time to go over different plans and made recommendation on the plan that meet my needs. I have been paying over $300 per month for my electric bill during the summer season. The new plan - Secure Advantage 12 I am able to save over $100 per month. I also explain to him about my parents who are in their 90's and needing a lower electric bill. He suggested that the Reliant Learn & Conserve 24 plan is more suitable for their needs.

Samuel is very professional and takes time to go over different plans and options that are offered through Reliant. I appreciate his dedication and commitment in meeting the needs of Reliant customers. He is definitely an asset to Reliant and deserve a bonus and pay raise.

No Problems at All - Great Rate - Perfect Service

  I just renewed with Discount Power and got $0.0794 / kwh for 24 months fixed. I have been with Discount Power for 1 year. When I originally signed up I was concerned with the negative reviews regarding customer service. I went ahead anyway, and carefully followed all of the rules for signup, including sending in their CC authorization form. I have had NO PROBLEMS since signup. Every month they email my bill well in advance of the CC auto-payment, giving me time to question any charges. NO PROBLEMS. RATES AND CHARGES AS CONTRACTED. So it looks to me like folks who can't understand or don't care to follow contract terms probably just shouldn't sign contracts - or write reviews.

Betting you will be as happy as I am

  I have been with Bounce Energy for over 18 months now and could not be happier. It seems like I have tried every other company out there until I found Bounce. They have been exceptional across the board. Before my month rate plan expired, they sent numerous emails months in advance reminding me to change. When I didn't select a new plan, my rates did go up but not through the roof like with others. Oh and guess what... they still sent me reminders to select a new plan to get the best rate. I really could not be happier. I see comments from time to time on here about customer service but I have never had a single issues. I hope you will be as happy as I am.

  I have been using Bounce since November 2013, I must say they are the best Company i have ever dealt with! I signed up on a very low rate 0f 7.9 per KWH I have NEVER had a problem and I get rewards every few months which is AWESOME! I have had many friends make the switch and none have been disappointed I highly recommend them!! If your new to TX you will want to take advantage of this low rates and many rewards for paying on time because the summer heat will generate high bills but with bounce you will be happy that your low rate will keep $$ in your pocket!!

Excellent Company

  We have always done a 6 or 12-month fixed rate with Infinite. They have always been competitive, no hidden fees, and extremely easy to contact. We found their Facebook Site (https://www.facebook.com/InfiniteEnergy) and have used this to message them a couple of time with rapid response to us.
We have ALWAYS gotten a renewal notice two months in advance, and have found it really easy to contact them by phone or internet and to use their website for information and account management.
Our bills have been low low low and we are thinking about doing a 36 month fixed rate with them now.
We are really glad we found these folks!

Awesome Awsome Awsome

  I was always very skeptical about choosing a supply company, and read a lot of bad reviews, but I still decided to give it a try. Now that I have been a Just Energy customer for well over 2 years I have to say it was the best decision I ever made for myself. Now that I understand how this program works and all of the terms, I'm able to see that a majority of these bad reviews are from people whom are confusing Just Energy for different supply programs. The terms are simple and easy to understand and my rep was very professional and polite. I did take advantage of the option to lock my gas and electric rates a few months back and now my energy cost are so much lower than the utility, and my cost won't change for the rest of my term. This company is so awesome and honest. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family. I really hope people get their facts straight before posting complaints about this company cause it is making them seem oh so silly.

  I originally signed up for a 12-month term (GREAT rate!) that will expire next month. I just renewed for another 16-months after comparing rates and reading reviews here -- I found some other, slightly lower rates, but I've had a good experience w/ TriEagle and didn't want to risk billing issues or poor customer service -- TriEagle has done a good job and offers competitive rates so I'm sticking with them. Their website is not the most advanced, but it is definitely adequate.

Going on 3 years now

  Ive been using Brilliant Energy for 3 years and havent had any problems. I always receive a quick response to emails; havent had any issues paying through their website; no sneaky charges. They give me plenty of advance notice when my contract is about to expire, unlike other providers Ive used. Their prices are consistently lower than many of the others. Unless theres a significant difference in what they charge Ill stick with them.

Concering Just Energy

  I am a customer and an Employee of Just Energy since 2008. I have also taken advantage of their green energy program. I am not writing on here to convince people to take this program, it truely speaks for itself. Although our NY market is relatively new and I have not seen the end of a 5 year program. I am aware of their high percentage of customers, North America Wide, that resign after their term ends. I'm sure most people realize that people are more likely to call and complain than they are to call and make a complement. I'm just not sure people are fully aware of what this company is capable of.

Smooth Transition

  I found Vista Energy online when I looked up competitive prices for electric through Pennsylvania. They were the lowest fixed rate that I could find, and the enrollment process went pretty smoothly. I have not checked when prices went into effect, but I got a couple of things in the mail from them that checked out fine. Overall, being with them has gone smoothly.

Great Dependable Electric Company

  I have use 4Change Energy for 3 years and each year they seem to get better. Terrific service . .a live person actually will get on the phone to help you. . and their prices are extremely competitive. I have recommended them to several people and they also have nothing but good things to say about their service. I really like the way they notify you 15 days in advance of what your bill is giving you the date it will be deducted from your account. This gives you plenty of time to 1) make sure the bill is correct 2) have the funds in your bank account. An outstanding company and I highly recommend.
