  Online payment structure is great. Prices are competitive. I haven't had to use their customer servicee as of yet. I've been with this electric provider for several months now. Woul definitely reccommend!

Didn't realize I renewed

  Everything with Direct energy has been pretty good. They provide an excellent and treat me respectfully. The one thing I am surprised about is that they mention they are glad I renewed with them. I didn't realize I renewed as nobody advised me of this. What I don't like are the extra monthly charges if I don't use any electricity and the carrier charges. Since i renewed I hope i got a good price on the actual usage charge.

RUN!

  The service is fine but the bill is too much. I was with them for 4 months and I just kept seeing my bill sky rocket! Don't switch with them.

Bad customer service

  I paid my bill by check, but received a cutoff notice even though they had
cashed my check. Didn't beleve me, charge a late payment fee until i sent
them a copy of my check by fax which costed me $2.00. No apology no
nothing, but bad customer service. This is the 3rd time with them in less
than a year. They told me to allow 7 -10 business days to process my
check, but it took them 12 business days and when I called they couldn't
find my payment. Did not know what electronic transfer was so I would
never recommend this company to anyone. I plan on sharing my story
with all our park residents(1000) so they can't be taken as I was.
