Champion Energy has won yet another J.D. Power award for customer satisfaction, showing once again that they are at the pinnacle of Texas electricity companies. This is the second consecutive year they have won the award, and the 6th time in 7 years. That is pretty staggering. But it also goes to show you that the industry and general public themselves are reinforcing our own ratings of Champion Energy.
Texas Electricity Ratings has Champion listed as their best reviewed provider for a reason, and their continued commitment to customer support, customer satisfaction, and consumer friendly, easy to understand electricity plans. Congratulations, Champion Energy!
Not to be forgotten are First Choice Power and 4Change Energy, who finished second and third respectively in these same rankings. Great job to those two companies as well, who have really made strides to improve their customer service over the course of the last year. Rounding out the top five are Bounce Energy and Green Mountain Energy. Bounce Energy has been a mainstay in the top 5 for several years now, and Green Mountain won the award outright in 2014, the only year in recent history that hasn’t been awarded to Champion.
Texas Electricity Ratings works extremely hard to act as a consumer advocate in the Texas electricity marketplace, so we always feel good when the things we see and believe in the marketplace and the feedback we get from customers matches up with the things seen by other companies such as J.D. Power. With the latest release of this award, Texas Electricity Ratings will also update or summer rankings.
