The shopping guide takes a look at the lowest electric rates in the five transmission regions of Texas, one each day of the week. To make sure everyone’s electricity plans are covered, we list out the prices for month to month plans, fixed rate plans, and green energy plans. Looking at the Dallas electricity rates that we’re seeing today, some of the rates are the lowest I’ve ever seen. We’ve actually broken to 7 cent barrier on a number of plans. So everyone should have a chance to save money shopping for electricity this week.
