They forget to send bills in mail, and then charge a late fee, and keep it in there without any communication like an email or a voice mail to find out why. Neat perfect credit. I pay, attach a note of protest, and still... silence. I dont care about money. If you only want to do business with high character, genuine adults like me, then I sincerely warn you this is a poorly managed company that appears to think a profitable business has no need of ethics and customer service.
