Solarize 24 is a good plan for electricity customers who's usage fluctuates across usage tiers over the course of the year. What that means is customres who use 750 kWh in a month in the spring, but 1250 kWh in August. That way customers with wide varieances in usage don't get bitten by rates that have big jumps between usage tiers.
