Charge you fees you didnt have
Everything was great untill you move and theres no option for them at your new place so what does pioneer do, charge you a 150 dollar cancellation fee.

I wouldn't recommend going with this company. Web site is clunky and outdated. The customer service is the worst. My first billing cycle will be my last. Received a pink notice in the mail the day after the billl was due. Which means they mailed it before the due date. Charged a $5 late fee and a % of amount due. The bill had already been paid online. This company is clearly accustomed to dealing with degenerates and treat all customers like thieves in the night. There are better companies out there. Stay away. I will pay my termination fee expeditiously. Will be glad to switch over in a few days! Horrible customer experience.
