Unable to reach customer service
I signed up for Ranchero Power the other day, and today I received an email, from a different company but I assume they own Ranchero, stating they were unable to verify my contact information and to call them. I called them, went through the menu to reach customer service, and was sent to voicemail. I then called Ranchero directly and was also sent to voicemail when attempting to reach customer service.
These people don't have a direct line to customer service. You have to leave a voicemail and they may or may not return your call, who knows. It's 12:35 on a Monday. There is no excuse for this.
