Great first year on Solar Plan then watchout for increases
Should have gone with someone else as price per kea doubled and credit for surplus cut in half. Avoid Rhythm if you have solar.

Getting cheated
I have had Rhythm for 1 yr 3 months. At first they were good but then after the 1st year they changed plans. I have solar panels that are set up to produce 110% of my power usage but I am still getting $300 + electric bill. The bill for February 2023 with solar is $322 and February 2022 without solar $363. By the way my kwh for 2022 bill was 2238 and 2023 was 1938 kwh. So I feel that they are not better then other electric companies and now I have an electric bill that is barely less then not having solar. These electric companies screw people over. They pay less for the extra energy you produce so that the can profit from selling your electric back to you. Will switch soon or get a power walk to not have to pay this cheaters but will continue expressing my thoughts on this company.

Signed up, paid a deposit, received my welcome packet stating that everything was good to go, emails stating all was good and two weeks later, no power and told there was a switch hold from previous tenants and it would be up to 48 hours before power was switched back on. Contract was dated the 3rd and it's the 19th. All states everything was set up and good to go... I am on a well so no power, no water in the coldest day of the year so far. I've bee hung up on and put on hold over and over and no one will help speed the process up even tho it was their fault this was not taken care of day one. Go somewhere else. Do not choose Rythem.
Rhythm Rip Off Artist
Just read one from a former customer said they had to email to disconnect there telling me I have to call. I'm just not gonna pay it any more moved 1100 miles away for a better life in August 2021 it's January 2022. These people are desperate to make money and ruin anybody that leaves them. If there was an electric police for these thieves, I'd darn sure turn them into them.
I am getting the run around trying to cancel the service at a house we do not owe.
I am getting the run around trying to cancel Rhythm service. I am the executor of my cousin's estate. We sold his house on Friday August 6, 2021. I called Rhythm today to cancel service. The first time I called, I got hung up on. The second time I called, I was told that they can't cancel it over the phone and I have to send an email with the death certificate attached. I sent an email with both the death certificate and the letter testamentary. I then received an email that they can't cancel the service by email and I have to call in. I replied that I already called in twice and was told I couldn't do it by phone and that I had to do it by email. I told them that I feel like I am getting the run around. I told them to cancel the service as of today. I wouldn't pay for any service after today. I also told them if they don't cancel the service that I will file a complaint with anyone that I could. Rhythm responded that I still had to call in and get their terms of service. They also told me to initiate legal action if I choose to do so. I would be very careful with this company. You can't cancel the service. They are trying to make the estate pay for electricity on a house that it doesn't own. This is crazy. I am very unhappy with this company.
