Worst Electric Provider in Texas
DO NOT SIGN UP with this Electric Company.
They failed to provide Billing for 4 months bcos "new system migration". Then sent All previous bills at once and expect you to pay at once due to their mistake and threaten w disconnect notices.
I made 2 different payments on the website that were not posted or credited to following billing. Call Customer Service, and they cannot verify my payments. What? I have confirmation emails, not they say that is not "guaranteed receipt of payment". They are horrible.
