4Change Energy is an amazing electric provider that I have been using for years! Their customer service is beyond any that I have experienced before, their rates are affordable, they care about their eco-footprint, and they even give you an option to donate to a charity of your choice. When the winter storms of Texas 2021 were happening and everyone was losing power, 4Change Energy sent out a warning email and was emailing it's providers with updates and apologies every step of the way. When the war between Russia and Ukraine first began and we all were unsure of how it was or was not going to effect us over here in the US, 4Change Energy sent out another email to keep us all informed on the company's plan and what the war meant for electric providers.
I recently had to change providers because of a move that requires me to use a specific electric provider however, that has not stopped 4Change Energy in helping me with every step of the process. I have only been met with kindness, compassion, and understanding. I'm immensely disappointed that I had to leave their service and will return in a heartbeat if given the chance. If this seems a bit silly of a reaction for an electric company, I urge you to give them a try.

It has been a much better experience compared to all the past electricity carriers we have used. The rates have been very reasonable. We have been satisfied with the service so far. It has been really helpful to be able to watch our weekly usage by email notifications.

I called to dispute the notice that I was getting disconnected for non payment! I was connected to Lacinea, and she was so professional and told me my credit card on file for auto pay was not working. I then remembered I had a new CC. She took all the info and was so nice and polite!

I just got off the phone with a representative, and I asked if I could get an extension, after I explained my situation, she told me my options, she was very patient with me, I was panicking because I didnt want my lights to be cut off, I was going to have the money in two weeks, neither to say by the time I got off the phone, I was a happy camper and my renewal is coming up, and trust me I will be renewing my service, cant remember the young lady name, but Thanks again

I've been with 4 Change Energy a few years now at the referral of a colleague. My electricity costs are very reasonable coupled with my extreme conservation tactics. Love the generosity of this company who reaches out to charitable organizations. No need to search further, I'm a satisfied consumer.
