I love this company and recommend them. The electric bill is so much lower. The convenience of auto pay and their customer service is excellent. When I have a question, I call them, and they answer right away.

I signed up for the free nights and weekends because my son grandson and daughter-in-law moved in with me and I needed a cheaper energy plan so I thought I was getting a good deal with a free nights and weekends I didn't. my build jumped higher and they're not here now and my bill is still high

Ordering, renewing or paying....all easy. Never had to call customer service and pricing is reasonable compared to others. Website is easy to navigate as well.

I did not know what I was looking for only that I needed electricity. It did not take long to find rates, conditions, and information on green suppliers on the Texas Electricity Ratings website. After reading about all of providers in my area I made a decision and so far I am pleased with my provider.

I have been a customer for many years and to date, I have had no reason to call Customer Service. I am happy with my service. Billing is easy. The weekly usage emails is a great feature.

Original a bit irritated. They wanted a review after 3 days. I wrote a review. Since then, I have been very pleased. Set up auto pmts, easy. Great price. Weekly usage email with bill projection. This makes it easy to adjust usage. So far, it's great. No surprises.
