This company is not only reasonable but offer incredibly great service. They won't turn off your power if you forgot to pay the bill nor will they treat you disrespectfully. I am a very critical person and this review is not the norm for me. I do have to say they work hard at providing a great product at a very reasonable rate. No hidden agenda with this company. Some electric companies offer low rates but what they don't tell customers that you will be charged an excessive fee for carrier fees from the place they purchase the electricity. Not the case with 4Change. Very pleased with this utility.

I just sign up with constellation @a month ago after my first bill which I paid. Unfortunately I was laid off and my next bill was approaching fast. I contacted customer service explain my situation and I have gain recent employment but need extension just until my first payday which would be almost 20 days from my original due date. The fact that they took the time understood my situation and no Hassel or jumping hoops just no problem and no disconnection. And to top that just pay what's due no late charges no fee for request or this is a onetime deal! I highly recommended this company. Thanks Constellation Energy

Never had a chance to try it out since I changed apartment within the following day and turned off all power and still they were charging me for electricity until no more money was left on prepaid account. Later I got a small refund check.

Easy Saver 12 Plan
Being only 2 of us are staying in an apartment we dont typically go over 1000 Kwh usage. On the hottest days of the year I do see an increase but I typically have never paid over $120 for energy. If I do happen to go over its usually like $95-105. Not that bad, I have autopay and its pretty nice to just forget about having to pay them. When my plan was about to expire they even offered me the same plan for another year. Again, great to not have to think about shopping for a new plan and I can just keep the same information. All in all not a bad company to go through for energy, I havent had any problems with them. I understand its always a gamble with not going over 1000 Kwh of energy but it is of my own error if I do. The only thing I didn't like is initially they did a credit check which now shows on my credit report. But now thats done so I dont have any more problems in my opinon.

Switched to budget billing October 2019... paid $175 for service in September... switched to budget and billing jumped to $228.... remained that way until April 2020 then jumped to $338... not sure whats going on... Ive looked through the bills and our actual usage is less than the payment amount... now $338??? Feel like Im being ripped off....
Initially service was tremendous but as with most things the luster wears off.. riding out my contract and then leaving! Never had issues with Stream Energy! Never shouldve left..

DISCONNECTED SERVICE, THEIR MISTAKE!!
I called the morning of Jun. 1,2020 to ask the why my electricity is disconnected. I clearly called them on 2 occasions to cancel my disconnection notice since I had not yet moved into my house. They told me after I waited over an hour being transferred, that they will connect me in 1 or 2 hours top. It is not 5:15 p.m I have NO ELECTRICITY & they are not answering. I am so humiliated after paying them $218.00 balance that was suppose to be made in payments & they still haven't taken the time to connect my service. It is outrageous. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 or 6 years.

I was two days late paying a bill. It would be nice to send a reminder before the bill is due especially during these times when people are already struggling to make payments, afford groceries, etc. Instead they send a disconnect notice and charge me more for paying two days late. This is the first time I have ever been late paying this bill. You would think all the other bills being paid well before the due date would be appreciated, but I guess this company does not care one way or the other.

My first bill was the lowest in two years.
Could hardly believe it. Right off the bat, I saved the $9.95 monthly charge from other companies. Yes you will still have the 4
$4.32 AEP service charge, which everyone has to pay, but other companies add that $9.95 delivery charge, so there was immediate savings of over $100.00.

The company I would say is a good choice online billing & account information is a plus also they send a weekly consumption email if u sign up which is helpful. Now if u prefer customer service via phone it becomes a little bit of an issue due to the wait time to get an agent"if" u get one (sometime. Also given the circumstances with the virus and all if u need assistants payin the bill u can't get it through the normal places not sure u can get it other places either, not sure as to why but your on your own. In my experience other than those things generally it's a good company that needs to expand & find more ways of providing help.
