Crooks! Bill Increased 7-9x For No Reason!
My business uses very little electricity. Bills have typically been less than $20 per month over the last 4 years. Started receiving bills in the $120 - $190 range even though kwh usage hasn't changed much at all. The big difference is that the TDU Delivery Charge skyrocketed from $8 per month to $120 or more. Get this, on a $140 bill the TDU Delivery Charge is $115! That's right, 82% of the bill is for the delivery charge and just 18% is for actual kwh usage.
I called customer service and they claim the TDU Delivery Charge is determined by Centerpoint. I called Centerpoint and the KVA (demand) usage Cirro is charging me is significantly higher than what Centerpoint is reporting.
Just filed a complaint with PUCT. Stay away from these crooks!
Their verify process sucks, take very very long, and no feedback
This is terrible company, after 10 days after setup my account, I still got no power and I get no notification from them, and have to call them many times, still no service.

Not willing to work with you
Dont anticipate cooperation from them. I was a loyal customer for three years, always paying my bills promptly. However, due to a barrage of emails indicating that my contract was nearing its end, I unintentionally switched providers a bit too soon. Despite my polite attempts to communicate with them, they declined to waive the early transfer fee or offer any form of compromise.
Interestingly, they mentioned that if I were to return, they could dismiss the fee. But, this would result in a penalty from my current provider. In the end they get $200 for nothing but lose a customer for life.

Poor customer service
Where to start. I have two accounts for two separate shops. They only send me one bill for one shop. The first bill I get from them is late so they want to charge me late charges. So I pay the bills, then the payments are not reflected on my current charges and they say that I owe them that money still. The first time I called to pay the bills I was on the phone for two hours. I tell you the right hand has no idea of what the left hand is up to. If you don't mind frustration then this is the company for you.

Bad customer service
Highest rate right now in the market .Cirro is at 19 cents compare to other company 11 to 14 cents . After 8 years I had to leave. $529 for a month of electricity in a residence.
