I've had their service for several years and they have been excellent and remain so.

I have Entrust for over 5 months now. A pretty good experience so far, and they don't have all types of fees I was seeing on my previous bill.

I will never switch!

Signed up 11 months ago and ready to sign a new contract. I used the autopay with credit card, so never had an issue with billing. I got my statement in the mail and knew it would autopay on my credit card.. seemless. Unfortunately, they are not as cheap as some, so I'm looking for cheaper electricity. I've been happy with them, just not the cheapest right now.

I am new to Bounce Energy and so far, I love it! Great customer service, no problems with billing or payments, and awesome rewards! I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, but I have been very happy with them!

I was really happy with my 12 month fixed rate when I signed up. I found their balanced billing right on, easy payment through website and customer service exceptional. Now it is time for me to renew, expires 12/9/13 and I cannot find a plan on their website that compares to what I currently have. The only thing close would be the 8 month, but it is still higher and it will expire in the midst of the summer heat in TX. Not going to take those chances, so I will be looking to switch to another company. Up until now, I have recommended them to all of my friends, but not so sure, since the renewal prices are so much higher than a year ago.

I liked Gexa and would have stayed with them except their rates went up at the end of my contract. I called to see if they had a special rate for old customers and they did not. Two days after I signed up with another company a representative from Gexa called with a better rate. I had already signed up with another company. Gexa needs to value their current customers with lower competitive rates.

I ordered online and did not deal with a rep initially. So no major issues though everything was online including my billing statement which I really didn't like

I feel that the staff offer great customer service. They are always friendly and available to answer questions.

I signed up with them through a salesman who came by my house as I had had enough of the previous provider. Although he was quite thorough in explaining the services and charges, he did forget to mention some terms and conditions which weren't mentioned on the contract. It would have been better if they were transparent about their policies regarding cancellation and renewal. However, I'm satisfied with their pricing and have no complains about it.

Like I was saying. Bounce Energy is just "okay". Like don't get me wrong they're not all that bad, but they aren't all that great either. Everything is well until your plan is up. I had a 12 month plan and didn't notate when my plan was up and when the year went by I received no email or call no NOTHIN! I found out my plan was up with a $180 bill!!! I live by myself!! It is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Apparently they put me on a month to month plan without informing me. I called as soon as I realized what had happened and they did grant me a decent discount and updated my plan for me. The agent was courteous and understanding although I didn't get refunded the price different of what I had been paying for the past 3 months or so at the month to month rate.

Bottom Line, if you are GREAT, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, at keeping track of your plans then go for it. But if you can avoid getting Bounce for any reason, go with someone else! I changed my plan to 6 months just to give them another shot, but I did it mainly out of convenience. There are better providers out there. And bounce is simply alright. OH, and their website is awful! Sometimes you can't even login and I rely a lot on paying my bill online, tough luck!
Having said that, if you choose to go with bounce because of prices, then go with it, just be careful. Because ultimately you do what you gotta do regardless of service.

In my experience, 99% of these companies are the same. All have their share of negative/positive/neutral reviews. Infinite Energy has been absolutely fine for us. No complaints. No billing surprises. No surprises in general. My opinion - I don't have an qualm about recommending Infinite Energy because it has the best rate and is reputable.

I've been a customer of Infinite Energy for 6 months now. I like that I haven't had an issue in that time and hope to continue to have a positive experience with them. I really like their mobile app so I can stay on top of things wherever I am but especially on vacation or whatnot. I don't trust autopay so I choose to manually pay the bill through their app. It is my experience that it is a modernized company. Here's to continued good fortune with these guys.

I have been using this company since 2014 and I really haven't had a complaint about their service. I have gotten a lot of different rewards and their customer service is great. They usually answer their phones pretty quickly and they don't try to "Bounce" you around.

The price plans were pretty good, but I would have liked more customer service help. I had some difficulty figuring everything out and it would have been nice to speak to someone.

My experience was just okay the prices struck me as a bit too high and the plans were confusing, but the people were helpful in untangling the policies.

The below link will credit you $50 on your first bill with TXU! Great Company, Excellent Customer Service, and the BEST rates I've been able to find. I wish I had switched to TXU earlier and I would have saved a lot of money!

I switched electric companies every 6 months to a year until I switched to Bounce 2 years ago. I just renewed today for another year. I'm not sure if I will ever switch companies again... and that is a relief! Their customer service is great although I have not had to call them for much over the last two years. They offered me a 'beat the competitor's discount' to keep me as a customer as well as a bill credit. When you see other much lower rates - make sure you read the fine print as there is usually a catch. I have not had any problems with Bounce Energy over the last two years and highly recommend them! What other company out there offers a rewards program that pays YOU back??? None that I've found. Good luck with your search, but if I were you I'd stop here!

Utility companies and other assorted connections tend to be made more complicated than they have to be. Nation Grid was clear, patient and gave me all the time I needed, rather than adding another source of stress to moving in. The experience with tham has been simple, without hassle, and I certainly wish all utility companies were more like national grid.

I have been very happy with 4 change . They do what they say and trusting ! I think all would be happy with 4 change .

From ordering to follow up, I have had only excellent experience with the customer service department. There were no delays in getting connected and no problem since.

Love the texting aspect. Only negative was that it was after midnight before my power was connected. Several hours.

This is 2018. I've had Ambit electric service since 2011. In all these years, I've never had a billing problem. Like the other companies, Ambit is a billing company. Oncor is the actual provider but I call Ambit if I have a problem. Lightening struck at my house about 4:30 A.M.in Feb, 2018. Among other damage, my transformer was blown so all electricity was out. I called Ambit. Within hours they had Oncor out here and before nightfall, the transformer was replaced. Before signing up with Ambit, I had tried two other electric companies. I had billing issues with both with errors on my account. Since joining Ambit in 2011, I have not had one billing error. I have to be conservative, but my electric bills have been something to brag about. Thus I'm happy with Ambit Service.

Everything is just fine and very excellent. There is only one concern on the elimination of the Plenti Reward Points which I greatly missed it. I really enjoyed it using it.

I love this company not only because of the low price energy every month, but the weekly estimates...so I know what to expect before I get the bill. No surprises. Ever.

Our home is 1500 SF and it's only 2 years old. My husband and I set the thermostat at 72 in the summers and 68 in the winters. Our bills with Discount Power are the lowest in our subdivision and average about $55-$60/month. The one from this month was only $37. I'm not sure what the issue everyone is having, but our experience has been excellent with Discount Power. We enjoy our fixed rates and no additional surcharges like the other electric providers. I love the Power to Go program as it helps me to proactively manage my energy consumption. The per KwH rate is competitive with post-pay plans & I get notifications each day, telling me how many KwH used as well as the cost. That way I can easily determine what my "energy vampires" are and kill them! Plus, no surprise bills at the end of the month! If you don't want daily texts you can get email - or both - and you can adjust how frequently they come. I definitely recommend Direct Energy Power to Go to anyone who wants to have the most control possible over their electricity consumption.

After searching on the internet for my new electric provider I came across Startex power decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did so, I have been with them going on 3 months now and am happy to say I am a very satisfied customer. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath home my bills have been anywhere from 90 to 120 a month. At first I thought this was some sort of mistake on their behalf but that was not the case. With my previous provider I was paying around 280 a month that was a 2 bed 2 bath. I would highly recomend anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price to Startex!

I've only had one problem early on with an automatic payment, otherwise StarTex is outstanding in its competition, pricing, and customer service. We are very impressed and are loyal customers!!

Have not had major issues, prices were ok but made mistake of accepting 3 year plan. Bad timing on my part I guess since rate at time I initiated plan was 13.6/kwh. Nothing I could with a $300+ cancellation fee once rates dropped significantly. Not worth cancelling and changing. Will look at other companies to try to improve rate for a while and make up some of what I have lost with this higher rate I got stuck with. Not afraid to switch and may even consider staying if rate is reasonalbe on month to month but it doesn't look like they are beating others or even close even on 3 or 6 month plans Startex appears too high compared to others. Customer service ok and have not had problems on a few occasions when late over the last 2 years.

Signed up today! Rep was very helpful! even gave me a promo code to save 10 dollars on next bill! Locked in a rate of 9.4 KWH for 9 months.The rep was very clear about the fees, which are close to none! Will continue to use this provider! Thanks Startex!

The benefits of choice are clear when you work with StarTex Power. I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away. But from start to finish, and at every point in between, StarTex went above and beyond to deliver competitive prices and excellent customer service. I was most impressed when a VP picked up to answer a billing question. You just don't find that service elsewhere. I miss having the option to choose a power company. But if I ever make it back to Texas, StarTex is the choice for me!

My contract with StarTex is about up and I have been searching for a cheaper provider. However, after reading the reviews for these companies I realize that the bargains come at a cost, customer service and reliability, both of which I have found to be excellent with StarTex. StarTex's prices are about average, but at least I know I won't have any battles with these folks!

I was on a rate plan until this July and was very happy. I did not enter another because I knew I would be buying a home and was worried about breaking a contract. Even though I have been going month to month my bill has been good. Unfortunately I am forced to shop for another company because the new rate plans are very high. I have not had any issues, I love that I can go online and pay, and my bills were decent. They no longer offer any rate plans that are priced decent. I did try to call customer service to see if I could get a lower rate as a loyal customer but no luck.....so I will shop and read reviews until I find another company

Very easy to get started with, we lived in an apartment for 2 years where electricity was provided. They switched us over promply (we bought a home)and there was no deposit required. I like the option for signing a 6 mo. contract at very competitive rates.

I've lived in Texas for almost three years now, and am still in shock over how low my electricity bill is. At first, I had inadvertently signed up for an adjustable rate, (Clueless because in Florida, you do NOT have a choice where power is concerned; on rate, or company.)and when I realized this, all it took was one phone call to get it fixed, at a great rate. No hassle, whatsoever.
I've never had any problem at all with the actual service either. The power has gone off a couple of times with weather, or whatever, but it was always right back on in no time.
A friend, whose house is smaller than mine, was paying more than three times as much as I do for power. She didn't believe me. I literally had to show her my bill. She's a StarTex Power customer too, now! (Smart meter my foot.)
I will absolutely refer people to StarTex Power whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I like the customer service that I receive from this provider. I have had two other companies and this is a step above them. Not much that you can say about utility companies, except how much they drain your wallet. But StarTex gives you ease of payment options (no service charges for Visa/MC) and great customer service.

Current customer for one year and now up for renewal. Their rates are still competative after a year and have had no issues in the past year. I will renew with StarTex - why change a good thing?

I have been with TriEagle for 5 years. They are a good company which charges reasonable prices and provides meaningful information. However, their customer service is sorely lacking. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to reach them, and frequently when you do the agents are not terribly knowledgeable. It can be very frustrating to deal with them. Fortunately one doesn't need to confer with an electricity provider that often, but when one does it is usually important. So I am reluctantly leaving them, at least for the moment.

I was confused about all the choices offered for electric companies as I am from Maryland & there aren't many choices there for providers. I went with Amigo on the advice of an acquaintance & was very pleased that it was so easy to sign up for service. I called their customer service line & was happy with the help I got.

Always a friendly voice on the other end.

The setup was fast and seamless. They have really reasonable rates for prepaid plans. There is no contract or deposit. Love the free nights being that that is when. I am home the most. Would recommend to anyone that wants to save money

I had somebody come over and talked me into getting Vista Energy. Their reps turned out to be really good so I made the change. They said they were gonna help me out. They provide good service. Its just that I needed to get my bill so that I can pay it. I havent received the bill. They told me I was paying way too much and they could do better for me.

Vista Energy Marketing is the same as my past provider and they are both good, but Vista had a good price. I did things online and it was a good site. Vista also provides a good service.

I have had 4Change for almost 2 years now. My bills average around $100 for a 1300 sq. foot house. I am very pleased.

I have had no issue with my Bill. I was being billed an additional 50 to 70 from AEP North (is what my bill says) for distribution charges. So the credit if 75$ of using over 1000 kilowatts cancelled it self out.

Just moved to Abilene from Austin where you dont get to choose your service (enjoyed that really). So we looked into the companies and read reviews. Chose Champion due to good reviews. Easy to request service and it was turned on as scheduled.

My experience with entrust has been ok so far , but I'm a new customer .
I changed electric co's because the prices for my last co. was way to high.
Prices with entrust co. are Still way to high . My wife and I are retired on S/S only and that isn't much , let me tell you.

It is a HUGE" straggle for us to pay these high electric prices.

Insurance , Medicine , and food prices are Major factors for Most of us elderly people .

Setting up a new service is extremely easy. All fields were clear to read and easy to understand. They had enough detail to keep me from having questions, and little enough detail to keep me from being lost. I highly recommend this company to any one who is a first timer in living on your own. This makes setting up electricity as easy as a level one on a video game.

I was looking at several listings till I found Tomorrow Energy. It was an easy path to changing from my former company to Tomorrow Energy. A great choice for price and ordering.

I Received my renewal notice, and compared prices, only to find Direct energy was more than some others for the same one year, no fee,no cancellation charge,plan. Based on that I checked with them and found that was the best they could do, but I was offered a $100.00 gift card, which made up the difference. That sweetener, sealed the deal, for me.

I have used other suppliers in the past and none have compared to what Ambit has done for me. I have a low fixed rate with no fees, contracts, or other hidden agendas. But the best part is the Free Energy check that I get in the mail every month to pay my supply bill. This company has the BEST pay it forward referral program I've ever seen. I helped my friends save and now Ambit sends me a monthly check! I wont ever go with anyone else!

Hi as you may guess yes I am Mrs Drama Queen. I just became a customer today and power was scheduled for turn on today. I thought when i was approved with 0 deposit it was a good day that it was my lucky day. NOT! First off it was not from Reliant all that had happened , had happened. I had been living with my In-Laws for the past 7 months , 5 days , 4 hours , 57 mins. , and 15 seconds. Yeah that bad. Anyway a house my Mother In-Law owned all of a sudden became ours. My husband and I's. I had to go through drama to get the people living there out. Finally I had to get them evected. So out they went. I am not sure exactly when but they were gone by the time I went by yesterday checking to see if it was cleared so I could starting moving. Well people when you move into a new place dont forget to check everything including the utilities if they were on or off. As far as I knew they were on that pay as you go electric. I had told them a few days before to shut everything down that I wouldn't carry them , so yesterday I assumed all was off. Today I called around for Power and up tell Reliant none of the others made any sense. Seriously! When I was approved and told my Power would be on today. I was excited. My husband he has serious seizures. Especially in hot mugging weather , which was what it was like today. My husband has what they call Grandma Seizures which is the worse of it's kind. And almost all of the time when he has one he ends up in the hospital , at times as long as a month. Anyway after a hour went by I got on my tablet , found Reliant signed up waited about a hour then got on my tablet again , going to Reliant's web page and the lady who helped me ( think her name was Sandra ) was calm , polite , and very helpful. She assured me that the power would be turned on. So after logging off I waited for almost 3/4 hours. You ever have the feeling of pure panic run through-out your body? I did! I was scared out of my mind. My husband usually is the only one who can calm me down. Well he was Pail as a ghost. That's when I started calling again. What they on the other line didn't know , ( the Reliant Customer Service Person ) was I couldnt drive my husband to the hospital , and my tablet refuses to let 911 calls go through. I didn't tell them this , honestly I didn't think it would matter to them. Then my phone decided to have a mind of its own it kept shutting down , and always just when I was about done. It did this about 4/5 times , each time I had ( at least I thought I did) to start over. They , in total I believe was three no four operators , all started out with getting me calm and I would tell them what was going on , never failing right on cue that's when my tablet decided to venture on it's own. It shut off. Well this went on until the 5 time and then I think Juan C. Is his name. He stopped me before I got first sentence out , he said no problem that he'd would read the notes or what not and he'd be right back. Minutes later he was confirming the questions and concerns i had expressed to the other Operators. He said no problem got it. Guess what , yeap my Tablet went blank
I wanted to scream , but instead I cried. That's when it happen !Bam! Power! The Power came on. Well my husband is good. He took a cold shower and rested. As the night winds down I remembered what JuanC had said right before being disconnected, he said no problem I got it. And I'll be dam he did just that. Now I on the other hand , Yes I am doing fine but after spending 4 hours on and off the phone , not knowing what I'd do if my husband had one of those moments , I am now off to the liquor store I think it's a good night for me and Mr. Patron to get to know each other. Thanks Reliant for being what all the other electric companies swear up and down to be , but aren't. That's honest , caring , helpful in times of need , a friend.
