I only gave one star because there wasn't an option to give 0 stars. Customer service can only read what is on their computer screen. They know nothing! If you dispute a bill, they tell you it takes 12 to 48 hours. When you check back after 48 hours they tell you it can take 45 days! My dispute was about being charged higher price for being on a solar plan but NOT getting credited for my solar energy. The bill is due way before 45 days. So frustrating! Please don't put yourself through the aggravation if using these idiots!

We changed from Rhythm to Pulse when our contract was up in February. Our usage was virtually the same and we paid more in 2 months with Pulse than we did the entire year with Rhythm. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

I have had Pulse Power for 6 months now. I had solar panels installed prior to signing a 36-month contract based on a recommendation from my Solar Company Rep. The kWh hours I'm producing are twice as much as they are listing as "Generation Reimbursement kWh" for buy back for certain months. I have sent an email to them to hopefully get an explanation of why that is. I can only pray they answer me after reading all the negative reviews.
