First of all I am happy with my rate and service from Just Energy. I am however not happy about the customer service end of it. My bill came due 4 days before my payday so I called to extend the due date and I end up speaking with a foreigner I could barely understand and although I've always been on time previously, she wouldn't budge and charged me with a $20 disconnect fee along with a 5% of my bill late fee. That's wrong

I contacted Champion Energy for new services, and not really knowing what to expect. I had so many options to choose from. The customer service agent Deirdre P., provided me with thorough and detailed information about the services. She was patient-even though I had 50 questions. Her tone never seemed agitated or frustrated! Her exceptional customer service and knowledge of the companies policies and procedures is one of the main reasons that helped me to decide to receive services. Keep being compassionate and kind to your customers Deirdre and you will be truly blessed. I have not received a bill to honestly answer how that process would be, but because I believe in the information Deirdre provided I will rate that area with a 5 star. Thank you again for your time!!

They have the most reasonable electrical company I have ever experienced. During one of the hottest summers in the history of Texas, my bill was lesser than everyone I spoke with. I hope to be with them for many more years to come.

We have been customers for years and always seem to get a representative that does not know Stream policies or procedures. I have worked in call centers before and I know how things operate. So promising things to customers should be taken seriously. And customers should not be hung up on when asking for a supervisor or being transfered to a supervisor. I was holding for 55 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and was able to get to a supervisor right away and my problem was solved. We love your company but training should be more precise and your representatives should be held accountable. Seriously we were thinking of switching companies but everyone has bad days and some bad trainers whatever it may be but probably the worst customer service I've ever had with your company and we have always spoken so highly of how great everything and everyone has been all these years.

I have been subscribed to 4 change energy for over 4 years and very happy about customer care, price and communication. To me 4 Change Energy is the Best In Texas.
