    Just Energy Dissatisfied Customer

     Where do I start. First off I've been going back and forth with just energy about my bill. I paid my bill on Friday 13th and upon checking into the bank account on Monday I saw that my payment had posted to my checking account. Well, around 12:45pm my lights get turned off for non payment. You can't reach customer service unless you sit on the phone for two hours and then you have to go to the chat. To be clear, just energy has put me through undo hardship for no reason. I moved to a new address and was told since I had not changed service providers nothing would change on my account including my account number. After four months of paying all of a sudden my old account was deactivated and now I have a new account number. I have screen shots of the conversations and of my bill payments with the old supposedly deactivated account number. My question is how was I able to pay and my lights were never disconnected. I have lost all trust in just energy and would never recommend them to anyone. And buy the way after having to pay the same payment again and a reconnect fee, I was informed that the payment that was supposed to take two to three days to so call raise from the old account to the new account had already posted. Just energy, inform your agents to be clear when dealing with your customers. By the way we had the money and could've paid the account if it had been made clear that it may cause a delay in our service. My advice, screen shot your conversations so when they try to dispute what was said to you, you can come back and let them know that you have the original conversation. Will be looking into getting a new service provider.

     I signed up at Sam's Club, And the sales person never told me about the extra Charges..Signed up on a tablet he had that I could hardly read..{Bad choice on my part} The bill even thou it was 7,911 per kwh it was way higher the my previous bill that was 11 per kwh.. and they told me it was 295 dollars to cancel ..

     Do NOT use this company. I have never done an online review and they are so horrible I had to do this. I moved and I called to get electricity shut off in one week. I was very clear on the date. They shut it off immediately. Got it back the next day but was hot overnight. Called the day I moved to have it shut off immediately and it is still on a month later and I just found out because they sent a bill so i am on the phone trying to get it shut off. have been on hold 30 minutes while they work on it. Stunningly poor customer service.

    Worst Experience Ever

     This has been the worst experience with a service provider. There was an inadvertent switch on our account whereby another energy company took over our account. Not sure how this happened, but was told by CPL in April that I would need to contact AEP to find out who. Upon calling AEP they said that CPL would need to take our bill back over. I worked with CPL from April until July trying to get our account reinstated. They eventually cancelled it saying that I waited too long. They told me I would need to set up a new account. I tried to do this but there was an error. I then received an email from them requesting me to call within 24 hours. When I did this the customer service rep had no idea why I was calling and didn't see my order for a new account. They told me I should actually connect this account to my other account. When this didn't work either, the rep told me someone would contact me in 24 hours. Same scenario. When I called back they didn't' know what the error was or how to fix it. They said it seemed like a credit issue. I asked to be transferred to their credit department but they only had an email address. I emailed the credit department and finally heard from someone who apologized for all the trouble but didn't have an answer. She promised to call back the next day. When the person called back they said my account was being set up as a residential account but needed to be set up as a business account and would transfer me to the business department and explain the situation. Upon transfer, the person thought I had called them and had no knowledge of my issue. When they looked up my account they did not see any orders and suggested I try again to set up a new account. They said I would need a separate account and not to add on to my existing account because they were different types of services. This is what I had originally tried to do! Supposedly the order is in place and will go thru this time. I'm not holding my breath. This has been the worst and hardest experience trying to request service. If it weren't' for our contract on our other account, I would choose someone else in an instant.

     Same story folks. Guy comes to my house says they have a plan at 8.8 per kWh. Plus 20 for tdu, that won't change. Sounds great. Just got my bill it's 13.4. What!?! I used to pay 9.6, total. I can get 10.1. Entrust, either match that or let me go. I will not be lied to.
